By accessing and using Molarity (including the website, mobile applications, and simulation services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Molarity Ltd.

2. Scope of Service

Molarity Ltd provides an AI-powered simulation platform designed for dental students and overseas dentists preparing for UK licensing examinations (ORE and LDS). The service includes voice-interactive patient scenarios, clinical treatment planning (DTP), and medical emergency (ME) simulations.

IMPORTANT: Molarity Ltd is an educational tool. It does NOT constitute medical, dental, or legal advice. Simulations are designed to practice communication and clinical reasoning according to GDC "Safe Beginner" standards, but they are not a substitute for formal clinical training or official exam board guidance.

All clinical scenarios, station designs, grading rubrics, AI-generated content, and software logic are the exclusive property of Molarity Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your private examination preparation.

Molarity Ltd provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molarity Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of exam fees, professional registration, or career opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London for any dispute arising out of your use of the service.
