1. Subscription Model

Molarity Ltd operates on a subscription-based model with monthly billing. Access to the full 90-station bank and AI-powered OSCE sessions is determined by your chosen tier. You may also purchase one-time credit packs.

2. Quota Management

Subscription quotas (the number of voice sessions allowed) reset on your billing date every month. Unused subscription sessions do not roll over to the following month.

The Lifeline credits are one-time purchases and never expire. They are consumed only after your monthly subscription quota has been exhausted.

If you exhaust your quota mid-billing-cycle, you can upgrade to a higher tier immediately or purchase a Lifeline pack through the Molarity app.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely via Stripe. Molarity Ltd does not store your credit or debit card information. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe and Molarity Ltd to charge the monthly subscription fee until cancellation.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Molarity Ltd subscription at any time through the Settings > Subscription screen in the app or via the Molarity Billing Portal. Upon cancellation:
